You Can Achieve Everything & Still Not Feel Enough

"No Amount Of Success Can Fix This"

You can hit every goal, build the career, and collect the proof. And still, no amount of success can fix the internal feeling that you’re the problem.

If that landed somewhere uncomfortable, stay with me.

An injury, not a flaw!

Complex trauma isn’t a flaw in you. It’s an injury.

One that makes connection feel terrifying and quietly teaches you a single belief: “I am the problem. I am not good enough.”

Nobody says it out loud. You absorb it long before you have the words to question it.

Where the energy goes

So you throw yourself into the outside world.

Big goals. Big ambitions. All your focus on the career, the achievements, the next milestone.

Because the inside feels like somewhere you don’t know how to go.

It looks like drive. From the outside, it looks like success. But underneath, is a wounded child trying to prove their worth to the world.

The shame wound steers

That belief becomes a lifelong shame wound.

And when you don’t see yourself as worthy of real love, you don’t recognize a healthy connection when it’s standing right in front of you.

Like attracts like, so you end up in toxic ones.

Or you avoid relationships altogether, because staying away feels like self-preservation.

Either way, the wound is steering.

Why success never soothes it

Here’s the part that’s hard to hear: no amount of external success can soothe an internal feeling of unworthiness.

The wound was never an external problem, so it can’t be solved with external answers.

You can achieve everything and still not feel enough.

What’s really ending relationships

Most relationships don’t fall apart because people don’t care. They fall apart because people can’t believe they’re worthy of being loved.

And that’s not who you are. That’s what happened to you.

A question to sit with this week:
Where in your life are you chasing the next thing to prove something, and who are you trying to prove it to?

Nothing seems to be working in your life? It’s not bad luck! Have you ever noticed that no matter how hard you work, things just won’t move? That business you’ve been building, it's stuck. That promotion you deserve — given to someone else and it feels so unfair to you. The manager who makes your work life miserable, yet you can’t just leave. You’re doing everything right but nothing is working in your favour. Here’s what most people don’t realise There’s a reason for that. And it’s not...

Willpower Won’t Fix Your Life What if your body can’t move forward because part of you believes that moving forward means betraying your family? If you live with chronic tightness, pain, or instability in your lower body, from your hips and sacrum all the way down to your feet, sit with that question for a moment. You’ve probably stretched it, strengthened it, and worked around it. And it keeps coming back. That’s because willpower alone can’t fix something your body is holding for a reason....

You Should Never Always Be the Bigger Person !! Let me say something that might go against everything you were taught: you can never always be the bigger person. Especially not with your parents. And the cost of trying is higher than it looks. The role you were praised for If you’ve spent your life being the strong one, the one who protects, provides, and holds it together for a parent who should have been holding it together for you, you’ve probably been praised for it your whole life....
